Hope for Wellness Helpline
Immediate counselling and crisis intervention for all Indigenous peoples across Canada, available in Cree, Ojibway and Inuktitut on request.
The Hope for Wellness Helpline is staffed by experienced counsellors and is available to all Indigenous peoples across Canada — First Nations, Inuit and Métis.
Counselling is offered in English and French, and on request in Cree, Ojibway and Inuktitut. That is unusual and it matters: being able to describe what is happening in your own language is not a nicety when you are in distress.

Is something here wrong?
A number that no longer works is the most serious thing that can go wrong on this site. If you have tried one of these and it did not connect, please tell us and we will check it the same day.
We are not affiliated with Hope for Wellness Helpline and we do not speak for them. This page describes their service as they publish it; their own site is always the authority.
