This is not a crisis service
Nobody is monitoring this form around the clock, and we cannot help in an emergency. If you need someone now, here are the crisis lines for your country — they are staffed by people, day and night.
The things most worth telling us:
- A number that did not work. This goes straight to the top of the queue. A dead crisis number is the most serious thing that can go wrong here, and we will check it the same day.
- A service we should list — particularly in a country we do not yet cover.
- Something written badly, or something that landed wrong. We would genuinely rather know.
- An accessibility problem. If a page did not work with your screen reader, keyboard or magnifier, please tell us what happened.
You do not have to give a name or an email address. Leave them blank if you would rather — a report about a broken number is just as useful anonymously.
