Aware
Support for people affected by depression, anxiety and bipolar disorder, and for the people close to them.

Aware runs a freephone support line staffed by trained volunteers, plus free education programmes and support groups across Ireland.
It is not primarily a crisis service. It is the place to go when what you need is to understand what is happening to you, or to keep going through a long stretch — which is most of the time, for most people.

Is something here wrong?
A number that no longer works is the most serious thing that can go wrong on this site. If you have tried one of these and it did not connect, please tell us and we will check it the same day.
We are not affiliated with Aware and we do not speak for them. This page describes their service as they publish it; their own site is always the authority.
