Mood tracker
Five seconds a day. The point is not the number — it is being able to look back in a month and see something you cannot see from inside a bad week.
There are no streaks here, and nothing to fail at. Miss a fortnight and nothing will scold you. Streak mechanics punish exactly the person having the worst month, which is the person this is for.

Why bother tracking at all
When you are in the middle of a bad stretch, it is almost impossible to believe it has ever been different. The feeling arrives with total certainty that it has always been this bad and always will be — and no amount of being told otherwise touches it.
A chart with three good days in it three weeks ago is a quiet, factual argument against that. It does not cheer you up, and it is not supposed to. It just makes it harder for the story to hold.
It is also genuinely useful in an appointment. "I've been low for months" is easy to wave away — by a clinician, and by you. A pattern on a page is not.
