Survivors of Bereavement by Suicide
Peer support for adults bereaved by suicide, run by people who have been bereaved by suicide themselves.

SOBS exists for one specific kind of grief. Being bereaved by suicide is not the same as other bereavement — it carries a particular set of questions, and a particular kind of isolation, that general grief support often cannot reach.
Everyone involved has been through it. That is the point of the model: you are not explaining yourself to someone who has only read about it.

Is something here wrong?
A number that no longer works is the most serious thing that can go wrong on this site. If you have tried one of these and it did not connect, please tell us and we will check it the same day.
We are not affiliated with Survivors of Bereavement by Suicide and we do not speak for them. This page describes their service as they publish it; their own site is always the authority.
