Southern Africa's largest mental health support organisation, running a national suicide crisis helpline and many condition-specific lines.
SADAG runs counselling lines staffed by trained counsellors, and refers callers on to services near them. Their own site lists the suicide crisis line under 24-hour toll-free emergency helplines.
It operates a great many separate numbers — for specific conditions, for particular employers, and for particular provinces. The suicide crisis line listed here is the one to use if you are not sure which applies.
