GamCare
The National Gambling Helpline — 24-hour support for anyone harmed by gambling, their own or someone else's.
GamCare runs the National Gambling Helpline, which is free and answered around the clock by trained advisers. It is for the person gambling and equally for a partner, parent or friend dealing with the consequences.
Gambling harm tends to arrive wrapped in debt and secrecy, and the secrecy is usually the part that does the damage. An adviser on this line has heard the whole shape of it before, which is a different conversation from explaining it to someone who has not.

Is something here wrong?
A number that no longer works is the most serious thing that can go wrong on this site. If you have tried one of these and it did not connect, please tell us and we will check it the same day.
We are not affiliated with GamCare and we do not speak for them. This page describes their service as they publish it; their own site is always the authority.
