American Foundation for Suicide Prevention
Runs suicide-loss support groups across the United States, and publishes a finder for them.
AFSP supports people bereaved by suicide through local chapters in every US state, most of which run peer support groups for loss survivors.
Groups are facilitated by people who have been bereaved themselves. AFSP's own finder is the current list — we link to it rather than copying it, so it cannot go stale here.

Is something here wrong?
A number that no longer works is the most serious thing that can go wrong on this site. If you have tried one of these and it did not connect, please tell us and we will check it the same day.
We are not affiliated with American Foundation for Suicide Prevention and we do not speak for them. This page describes their service as they publish it; their own site is always the authority.
